Spatial design is a much broader concept than just stylizing a space. As a spatial designer I consider how spaces communicate and the user experience they offer: how spaces work; how they deliver a message, how individuals respond to this when conducting their daily lives and how people move around space and interact with objects or people. Exposure to a variety of projects in college and internship has helped me understand the nature of interaction between people and spaces in different scenarios. These projects have enhanced my capabilities as a designer ranging from communicating ideas, conceptualizing spaces, problem solving, drawing, drafting and finally implementing ideas effectively. As a designer my priority is to achieve function without compromising on form and aesthetics.
